What is Omnilux Light Therapy?
Omnilux is a medical device that utilizes light emitting diode (LED) technology. Using visible red LED’s @633 Nano metres, Omnilux works with the body’s own natural processes to counteract the effect of aging.
How does it work?
With age, the cells that manufacture the skin’s supportive structures begin to slow down. Environmental damage from the sun’s rays speed up this process and produce free radicals that damage the skin and the cells that produce collagen and elastin. Omnilux light therapy targets specific cells which are responsible for the synthesis and repair of the skin’s supportive structures (Collagen & Elastin), leading to a softening of fine lines and improved skin tone.

What happens during treatments?
Following a deep cleansing of your skin, you will receive a mild exfoliation to remove dead skin cells, leaving the skin more permeable to the light therapy. Safety eye wear will be provided to you for your comfort during treatment sessions. The Omnilux treatment head will be positioned close to your face for a duration of 20 minutes. Following the light therapy, your skin will be rejuvenated with an application of active Anti-Ageing Concentrates and Anti-Ageing Skin Rejuvenation mask. Following your treatment sessions, you can go right back to your normal routine.
